1.Within India:
Shipping within India is free and GST is included in MRP.
Your jewelry order will ship from our fulfillment center and you will receive a personalized confirmation email once the order is received.
In the event an item is sold out, you will be notified by one of our account executives.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-7 business days.
After dispatch, it should get delivered to your doorstep within 4-7 working days.
We generally ship through trusted courier companies like FirstFlight, BlueDart, FedEx, etc. but we may use other services depending on factors like destination location coverage, etc. In smaller cities where these carriers do not provide service, delivery may take an additional 2-3 days because of additional shipping time by other courier services.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.
All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
In some instances it takes longer to dispatch the shipment, the same will be mentioned on the product detail page or will be communicated to the buyer; in all other cases, the aforementioned free shipping policy applies. Under all other unavoidable circumstances that may cause delay, we shall update you on the contact modes provided by you.
You as a buyer must forthwith check the product/s for damage upon receipt of the same. If the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, contact us within 24 hrs.
